We Help You Maximize Your Roof Insurance Claim

STEP 1: Your Deductible (First Payment)

Your deductible is a required out-of-pocket expense per Texas Law HB2102.
Contractors are not allowed to waive or pay your deductible.
We offer roof financing options to help you cover this cost so your roof replacement doesn’t get delayed.

Note: Insurance companies will require proof that your deductible has been paid before releasing the final payment.

STEP 2: ACV – Actual Cash Value (Second Payment)

After your roof is completed, your insurance provider releases the ACV check. This may include your mortgage lender.

We mail the check to your lender
Provide USPS tracking
Send the insurer the final invoice, photo documentation, and proof of deductible payment

STEP 3: RCV – Recoverable Depreciation (Final Payment)

This is the final portion of your storm claim reimbursement. Once all documentation is submitted, insurance will release the RCV payment.

If your mortgage is listed, we’ll handle the mailing with the correct forms
Do not sign the check unless your lender instructs you to

Manufacturer warranties are registered after full payment
Receipts and documentation are sent directly to you
